The RX Rolleston Commuter bus route has been created....  Improved access to passenger transport.  Provide more capacity to Rolleston residents.  Assist in reducing peak travel congestion around Rolleston.​

Unlike Metro bus routes, our service receives no subsidies, that means it doesn't rely on rate payer funding to operate.  Our service wouldn't be possible without the support from our advertising sponsors.

There's no designated stops.  Just stand somewhere safe on the route and we'll stop for you.

Timetable

The RX1 operated Monday to Friday, it does not operate on weekends, public holidays or between the xmas / new year holiday period.

​1. Why is there no Child Fare?

Our service is designed to cater for travelling commuters and not school students.  In order for the route to be commercially viable, we must have bums on seats everyday, including school holidays.
